I teach group classes at A2 Yoga and offer private yoga sessions for joint and back therapy, beginners, anyone wishing for privacy in their yoga practice, and for those returning to the mat after a hiatus.
My classes are infused with Prana Flow Yoga which was developed by Shiva Rea and is aimed at connecting body-mind-spirit, tuning into our elemental and energetic vitality. The breath and movement sequences were evolved from ancient roots of yoga and embody the art and science of flow.
My teaching style and yoga therapy practice is supported by my background in neuroscience, kinesiology, biomedical engineering, dance, martial arts, herbalism, Ayurveda, studies of the energetic body, and life as a cancer survivor.
I teach flowing a style of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes extending from the Hatha, Ashtanga, and Tantra yoga lineages. I received teacher training from Ana Hough at A2 Yoga and Shiva Rea with Yoga Alchemy.
I offer small group sessions, private lessons, yoga therapy, custom and corporate group classes, and private parties including sacred circle gatherings.
